Founder Matt Shank learned the painting trade from the ground up. Years spent on the parts of the job that never make it into a quote: building scaffolding, surface prep, cut lines, sequencing, and finish work. Craftsmanship isn't a shortcut anyone can take, and it's the foundation the company was built on.
Matt spent one summer painting solo before realizing this work was never built for one person. Rooflines, ladders, and multi-story exteriors take a crew, not a soloist. Full Bloom grew into a trained team for that reason; more hands, same standards.
Every painter is brought up to speed before they're sent to a client's property, nobody trains on your home. Having gone through the long version of that education himself, Matt built the company's training process so every crew member starts from a real standard, not a guess.
